O trabalho propunha a criação de um editorial ilustrado para o conto “Caixinha de Música” escrito por Megumi Yoshida. O projeto tinha foco nas ilustrações e no desenvolvimento do projeto gráfico do livro. Seu principal desafio era o desenvolvimento de ilustrações com influências em Kay Nielsen e no mangá. Outro desafio foi elaborar um livro que interessasse tanto a crianças como adultos e que demonstrasse visualmente uma mescla entre os livros clássicos de contos de fada em meados do séc. XIX e XX, e os livros contemporâneos.
P.S.: No momento a máquina que tenho não tira fotos tão boas, o que realmente é uma pena.
This work proposes the creation of an editorial illustrations for the tale “Little Box of Music” written by Megumi Yoshida. The project was focused on the development of illustrations and a graphic design book. The main challenge was the development of illustrations with influences from mangá and Kay Nielsen. Another challenge was to develop a book that will interest both children and adults and to demonstrate a blend of the classic books of fairy tales from the XIX and XX century, and contemporary books.
